The Head Chef is being promoted next year to General Manager and this will give you the opportunity to become the Sous Chef. Located in central Somerset. Working 4 straight shifts you will have 3 days of per week including weekends on a rota.
Working for an established Head Chef who takes a pride in training and developing his brigade you will work on all sections of the kitchen and assist in the smooth running of the kitchen.
This outstanding gastro pub is in a rural location so you will need your own transport. Subsidised accommodation is available.
