You will already be working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen or possibly a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step in your career. Knowledge of AA Rosette standards is an advantage and as a minimum you must be experienced in working in an all fresh food environment. NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is preferred and a current Hygiene certificate is needed.
