Pastry Chef. Our client is a luxury 4 Star Hotel based near Brighton that is recruiting a Pastry Chef with experience of both rosette standard fine dining. You will be working with fresh ingredients to produce food of a high standard. You will be working in a busy hotel environment which has an excellent reputation.
Job Description
As the Pastry Chef, you will be producing the pastry and bread products for the kitchen. You will be required to work in an efficient manner to the high standards set by the Head Chef. You will be an excellent communicator and will need to develop and encourage the junior chefs. You will also be given responsibility for stock control and hygiene.
Experience
You will already be working as a Pastry Chef in a good quality hotel or restaurant which features fine dining with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients. You will have worked to at least 1AA rosette level and have a professional cookery qualification.
