Food and Beverage Manager. Our Client is recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to control all aspects of their food service in their exclusive lakeland hotel.
Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the food service in three outlets. , a fine dining 2AA Rosette restaurant. The bistro which is a family orientated restaurant and a pub that has an outstanding food business. There is also some conferencing and banqueting.
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who can develop the team, asses training needs and implement a training program and develop an SOP. You must be able to manage costs and identify increased revenue opportunities. You will be an integral part of the management team and you will need to be an excellent communicator within the hotel, with suppliers and guests.
Experience
You will already be a Food and Beverage Manager with experience of managing a multi outlet operation in a large hotel. You must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities to your team of 40. You must have worked in fine dining to 2AA Rosette standards and also comfortable operating a high volume pub food business.
