This superb Red Star hotel is looking for a Skilled and Professional Restaurant Manager to join their team to help run their busy fine dining restaurant.

The Position

As Restaurant Manager your involvement will be crucial to the continued success of this thriving and popular business and so as Restaurant Manager you would be expected to have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Superb host - be the face of the restaurant
- Help create a relaxed, informal but professional service in the fine dining restaurant and bar
- Strong Food & Beverage skills including excellent product knowledge
- Motivate and inspire your team to the levels expected in a multi AA rosette Restaurant

Experience

You will have previous experience at a minimum 2AA rosette level as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor and be a strong people person and manager. You must be able to demonstrate a strong career history and a passion for the industry.

Job Description

You will be working as a Chef de Partie as part of a team of managing all aspects of the kitchen including ordering, suppliers, waste control, training junior chefs and team building. You will be an excellent communicator with a stable work history serving large volumes of customers.

Experience

You will be working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef looking for promotion in a good quality hotel, gastropub or restaurant which uses fresh ingredients and have a stable, check-able work history. You will have a good background and a strong passion for food.
