Job Description.

You will be a good communicator with other departments and within your own brigade. You will be a strong personality able to lead the brigade during a busy service, able to manage the pass and ensure agreed standards are achieved. You will be responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety. ordering, forecasting, and staff development.

Experience

You will certainly be a Sous Chef in your present job. Experience of AA Rosettes is needed and you must also be used to working in a 4 Star Hotel Environment. Kitchen management is important and although you will need to be a strong character you will need to demonstrate good training and development skills.

You will be working in a busy environment as the restaurant has a fantastic brand and reputation. Working for a talented Head Chef you will enhance a strong, determined team.

Job Description

You will be working as a Chef de Partie as part of a team of managing all aspects of the kitchen including ordering, suppliers, waste control, training junior chefs and team building. You will be an excellent communicator with a stable work history serving large volumes of customers.

Experience

You will be working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef looking for promotion in a good quality hotel, gastropub or restaurant which uses fresh ingredients and have a stable, check-able work history. You will have a good background and a strong passion for food.
