The Role
The Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of food production, menu creation, menu pricing, team management/development and have a calm personality. You must have a stable, progressive work history that demonstrates your cooking ability. This is a superb opportunity and is for candidates of the highest calibre and talent. Your cooking style needs to be simple, contemporary and British influenced. You will work with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce dishes of high quality for the Restaurant & Bar, Private Dining Rooms and busy Function Suite.
Experience
You will already be an existing Head Chef .You must have experience of fine dining to a minimum 1AA rosette standard and be used to managing a busy ideally country house hotel operation.
