You will be an excellent communicator and will need to develop and encourage the junior chefs. You will also be given responsibility for stock control, rotas and hygiene.
Experience
You will already be working as a Chef de Partie ( or possibly a Demi Chef de Partie) in a good quality hotel or restaurant with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients.
